Are you able to test another light to be sure your DMX interface (uDMX) is functioning correctly? I found a Stairville LED PAR 56 that has 5 channels. For sound-to-light control, set the little black switch to 'Music'. They use dipswitches 1-7 for addressing, ergo the highest address for a 5-channel unit is 127Īs I've currently got the datasheet in front of me, here's a summary of the rest of the information for anyone who searches in the future: I seem to remember some cheap units only going up to a start address of low number i.e. Maybe I'm being thick but I can't see any links to the instructions on the thomann site either! I can't see an instruction manual on the web which looks like the correct one for the unit:
Can anyone remember off the top of their heads what range of DMX start addresses these units can be set to? I have left the instruction books in the box at the theatre and it is cold outside!
